Return & Refund Policy (Authentic Ayurveda Products)

We are committed to providing high-quality, authentic Ayurveda products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return:
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and wellness products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Products with tampered seals
  • Items purchased during special offers or clearance sales
  • Products returned without original packaging

3. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, contact customer support within the specified timeframe.
  • Provide:
  • Order details
  • Clear images/videos of the issue (damage/defect/wrong item)
  • Once approved, instructions for return shipment will be provided.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may be asked to provide bank details for refund processing.

5. Replacement Policy

  • If preferred, a replacement will be sent instead of a refund, subject to product availability.

6. Shipping Charges

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), return shipping costs will be covered.
  • For any other approved returns, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
  • Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
