We are committed to providing high-quality, authentic Ayurveda products. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and wellness products, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Opened or used products
- Products with tampered seals
- Items purchased during special offers or clearance sales
- Products returned without original packaging
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, contact customer support within the specified timeframe.
- Provide:
- Order details
- Clear images/videos of the issue (damage/defect/wrong item)
- Once approved, instructions for return shipment will be provided.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, you may be asked to provide bank details for refund processing.
5. Replacement Policy
- If preferred, a replacement will be sent instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
6. Shipping Charges
- If the return is due to our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item), return shipping costs will be covered.
- For any other approved returns, shipping costs may be deducted from the refund.
7. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped.
- Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
